2022 Yards and Exteriors Inspection Program
In 2021, the Board of Directors decided to forego the community beautification program that had been in effect for many years. Instead, the Board instituted a Yards and Exteriors Inspection Program, that requires one-third of all GHI yards to be inspected each year.
A GHI inspector will begin this year’s inspections on May 19, 2022. The inspection form that will be used and the courts to be inspected can be seen below:
