2023 Exterior Building and Yard Inspection Program 

The Board of Directors held a work session on February 8, 2023 to review several aspects of the exterior building and yard inspection program and during the open Board meeting on March 2, 2023, the Board decided that yards of all 1600 units would be inspected during 2023 using a revised inspection form below.

The 2023 exterior building and yard inspection program will begin during the second week of May. Information on the actual start date and inspection schedules will be published in later editions of the GHI e-newsletter.
