Board’s 12-Month Action Plan Developed During Strategic Planning Sessions in June 2021
On June 21 and June 27, 2021, Ms. Becky Roberts, a strategic planning consultant, facilitated strategic planning work sessions with the Board of Directors. The objectives of the work sessions were as follows:
- To discuss key strategic issues faced by GHI in the coming year.
- To update GHI's annual plan to reflect board priorities for actions in the next year.
