GHI Annual Membership Meeting - 2023
The 2023 GHI Annual Membership Meeting is Coming Soon!
On Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 7:30 pm, GHI will be hosting the 2023 Annual Membership Meeting. This meeting will be held in a hybrid format with in-person attendance at the Greenbelt Youth Center Multi-Purpose Room and virtual attendance via the Zoom platform as facilitated by GetQuorum; the meeting facilitator for the 2021 and 2022 Annual Meetings.
Members are reminded that virtual attendance requires access to the meeting environment via an email link that is provided by GetQuorum. To receive this link, the GHI Member Services Department must have an accurate email address on file for your residence. If you need to update your email address or add an email address, you are asked to complete a Member Information Update and Emergency Contacts form here and submit it to Member Services. In addition, if members have changed their email address in the last 6 months, please notify the Member Services Department to allow for updates to be sent to the meeting facilitators. Members with access to the Yardi Member Portal can also make email changes through their portal; however, we ask that you notify Member Services of the change to ensure proper communication to GetQuorum. Members wishing to attend in-person must complete the Registration Form included in your Annual Meeting packet and return it to Member Services. Please note, the seating capacity for the Greenbelt Youth Center Multi-Purpose room will allow for no more than 30 members to attend in-person, so registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Registration will open at 7:00 pm on May 11, 2023. Members are strongly encouraged to log on as soon as possible to ensure any connectivity or access issues can be addressed prior to the meeting commencing.
