LOCATION

Greenbelt Homes, Inc. (GHI) is located next to the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (MD-295), at the Greenbelt Road exit (MD-193). GHI is near the Capital Beltway (I-495) and I-95, and a short distance from Maryland Route 50. This is an ideal location for commuters who work in the District of Columbia, Baltimore, Annapolis, Fort Meade, or other locations in the metropolitan Washington area.  GHI is also located in close proximity to the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, the Beltsville Agricultural Research Center, and the University of Maryland.

Greenbelt is served by Metrorail and Metrobus and Prince George's County TheBus.

Directions to Hamilton Place, main office of Greenbelt Homes, Inc:

• From Baltimore and points North: Take I-95 South to the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (MD-295). Exit onto MD-193 W/Greenbelt Road. Take a sharp RIGHT at Southway (signs for Baltimore-Washington Parkway/Washington). Take the second RIGHT onto Ridge Road. Take the second RIGHT onto Hamilton Place. The GHI Main Office will be on your LEFT.
• From Washington, DC and points South: Take the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (MD-295) North toward Baltimore. Exit onto MD-193 W/Greenbelt Road. Take a sharp RIGHT at Southway (signs for Baltimore-Washington Parkway/Washington). Take the second RIGHT onto Ridge Road. Take the second RIGHT onto Hamilton Place. The GHI Main Office will be on your LEFT.
• From the East and West via the Capital Beltway: Follow the Capital Beltway (I-495) to MD-201/Kenilworth Ave toward Bladensburg/Greenbelt. Go North on MD-201/Kenilworth Avenue. Take the first RIGHT onto Crescent Road. Take the seventh LEFT onto Gardenway. Take the first LEFT onto Ridge Road. Take the first RIGHT onto Hamilton Place. The GHI Main Office will be on your LEFT.
• Via public transportation: Take Metrorail to Greenbelt, and transfer to one of several buses. Metrobus G12 and TheBus 11 depart about 15 minutes from each other during rush hours. They will both get you to GHI.
  • Metrobus G12 gets you closest to the GHI offices. From Greenbelt station, board a bus bound for New Carrollton. Exit the bus at Ridge Road and 33 Court. Walk up Hamilton Place to the GHI offices, approximately one block from the bus stop. The G12 runs hourly Monday through Saturday, with 30 minute headway during rush hours.
  • Prince George's County Transit (TheBus) route 11 runs every 30 minutes on weekdays. From Greenbelt station, board a bus to Greenbelt East. Exit the bus at Crescent Road and Gardenway. Walk uphill on Gardenway to Ridge, turn left and walk one block to Hamilton Place. Turn right and walk one block on Hamilton Place to the GHI offices.
