Maintenance Request Form

Click here to sign into the Yardi member portal to submit a maintenance request. The icons below will direct you to the form on the portal for entering maintenance requests, and you can attach files and photographs.

The maintenance request will go directly to the Yardi workorder module, where it will be reviewed and issued to a GHI maintenance employee. You will receive a receipt email acknowledging your request.
