New Playground Installed at 2 Research Rd
GHI and the City of Greenbelt are parties to an agreement whereby the City maintains seven GHI-owned playgrounds and GHI pays 25% of the costs for playground improvements that the City undertakes. Earlier this year, GHI’s Board of Directors passed a motion to allow the City of Greenbelt to renovate the GHI playground at 2 Research Rd in accordance with a playground design the City presented. The installation of the new playground (seen below) has been completed.
