Scope of GHI Yards and Exteriors Program to be Implemented
On February 20, 2020, the GHI Board of Directors decided to forego a community beautification inspection program during 2020. Instead, the Board established a task force to recommend the scope of a yards and exteriors program that should be implemented going forward.
On February 18, 2021, the Board accepted the report that the Yards and Exteriors Task Force presented (below). The Board also decided to implement the following actions:
a) Commence the Yards and Exteriors program during the Spring of 2021.
b) Require the GHI inspector to utilize the inspection form (below.)
c) Direct staff to inspect one-third of all GHI yards each year.
Staff will inform the membership about the estimated start date for the 2021 inspection program and specific yards to be inspected in an upcoming newsletter.
