Yardi Property Management System to Allow Members to Enter Work Order Requests From July 18th

 

The GHI member portal in the Yardi Property Management system allows members to directly enter maintenance work order requests.  Starting on Monday July 18, 2022, that function will be made available to members. The icons below will direct you to the form on the portal for entering maintenance requests, and you can attach files and photographs.

The maintenance request will go directly to the Yardi workorder module, where it will be reviewed and issued to a GHI maintenance employee.  You will receive a receipt email acknowledging your request.

 

With effect from July 18, 2022, the maintenance request page on the GHI public website <https://www.ghi.coop/content/maintenance-request> will be removed; you will no longer be able to make a maintenance request via the GHI website.
