Long Range Planning Committee
A reminder that the GHI Long-Range Planning Committee is meeting this Tuesday, July 20 at 7pm via Zoom, see information below about registering in advance.
At this meeting, we will go over the goals document. Please review and identify
- Key issues missing -- have we covered the critical issues facing the co-op in a longer-term view?
- Are there new ideas we should consider?
- Are the goals organized well and clear to those reading for the first time?
- Anything else that you think needs addressing as we work to prepare this for the Board?
I hope we will also have feedback from the handful of people I asked to review the document.
We will also take a look at the member report and discuss resubmitting it to the Board along with the goals. Several members of last year's Board (one still on) objected to the Demographics section when this was presented to them last year, and someone also raised concerns about the member quotes selected.
