Remove a Screen from Frame-Home Double-Hung Windows

 Difficulty Level: Easy      Time Required: 30 seconds 

Here's How:

1. Remove window treatments, like shades & blinds, from the window.
2. Raise the lower sash 1" above the window frame, and tilt sash inward to a flat position.
3. Pull the top sash down about 1" above the lower sash and tilt inward to a flat position.
4. Pull screen in and up to get the screen out.
