Yardi Member Portal

Release of GHI’s Yardi Member Portal

Members with valid email contact information on file at GHI received invitations to register for access to a member portal; a component of a new integrated property management system from Yardi Systems, Inc. that GHI acquired to replace our current Jenark financial and Micromain computerized maintenance management systems. Members are requested to utilize the email address where the portal notification was received to access the portal; once access is granted, contact details can be updated directly through the portal. 

By accessing the portal, members will be able to pay coop fees, submit work orders and other requests and obtain information about the breakdown of their coop fees, work order histories for their units, governing documents, forms, and announcements.
