2023 Exterior Building and Yard Inspection Program
In a recent meeting, the Board of Directors decided that all 1600 GHI units would be inspected during the Exterior Building and Yard Inspection program this year. Inspections will begin on June 1st, 2023.
Two inspectors will conduct the inspections using an inspection form that can be seen below.
The Inspector will mark either “Pass” or “Fail” for each item on the form. Details on each item can be found in the corresponding section of the GHI Member Handbook referenced on the form.
